We Started This Way

DACT works to ensure that every child and adolescents including the persons with disability receives a good quality education and gains the empowerment skills and knowledge they need to thrive in the 21st century. We support programmes that are proven to promote learning in school and empowerment skills in the community. And we influence global and national policy to improve children’s and youth’s access to quality education, vocational empowerment training skills through partner’s organization.

We see our organization as part of a larger effort to bring together people to address to empower children, adolescents and disability individuals living with extreme poverty with human development issues in their community and see those communities transformed for a better and healthier future, and to make sure that every child and adolescents has the right to life and to survival and development to the maximum extent possible.

We work to strengthen and organize communities, reduce poverty support sustainable livelihoods, improve access to training and quality education, and promote small enterprise development, and increase health awareness and encourage healthy lifestyles. We embrace the principles of equality and self-determination in all that we do and foster cooperation and understanding among peoples across the planet. Disadvantaged populations are our priority, and we seek to empower them to create lasting positive change.
